He's a black and white shihszu his name is Stump, he was wearing a bright orange collar with a gray line on it. He's very friendly and about 7 years old. There was a possible sighting in Liberty near Coleman Rd, if anyone is close to that address and see him please please let me know!! My baby boy has spent 2 nights outside alone and afraid I'm sure!!
