Help Find Baileys: Senior Dog Lost in Cape Coral

Baileys flew in with me from Europe, where we live, we flew in for vacation two days ago. Tonight, when I opened the car and got out, she ran off somewhere. I've been looking for her for two hours. Please help, she is 19 years old and hard of hearing. She's probably confused and looking for me. She knows the house where we live and has never gotten lost. Maybe someone took her thinking she was lost, otherwise she would have returned.
