Missing Grey Tabby Cat Taken on UNI Trail

Tabby cat, Female, All Grey w/ white spot, I was training my cat to go for walks on the UNI Trail off of 29th st and Walnut St a black car stops me to talk about my cat then a girl with long brown hair walks up from behind the car and takes my cat out of my arms and put her in the back of the black car and they drove off fast. I didn’t get a license plate number but I know they were parked on 29th St. in Cedar falls, Iowa.
