Raa (pronounced raw) is about 9-10 years old , neutered male with orange and white medium to long hair. He’s very friendly and usually will approach people for attention or help. He’s not afraid of dogs or other cats. He doesn’t have a normal meow. His meow is more of a growl . He should have his collar and tags still but they might be lost if he got them caught on something so even if you find his tags , please let us know .
