Older German Shepard, possibly male. They were running around the intersection of Hunt highway and Arizona. He was really friendly but also seemed very stressed. I unfortunately could not keep him in my care, so I turned him over to Maricopa Animal Care and Control at 1920 S Lewis, Mesa, AZ.
