Lost Friendly Orange Cat - Clay Ave, Charleston

A male cat. Longish fur. He's a light orange cat. No stripes. Solid color. He's not wearing a collar. I was about to get him a seresto collar. He got out and I didn't know it. He's very friendly to everyone. I know someone has him inside. If he was outside he'd have already come back. He's been neutered.
