female shepherd mix (breed is a guess) who seems to be maybe 4 was found running down cicero/ diversey 6/20 around 11:30pm. she was wearing a collar with lemons on it that has a buckle clasp. seems friendly with humans although on the nervous side. seems to not be reactive with dogs or cats. great walking on a leash. timid right now but seems to be warming up to us. definitely seems like she has an owner. she does not have a microchip
