Lost: Earl, Blue Heeler-Collie Mix

Black on his back, white chest and paws, fluffy tail, he’s a blue heeler-border collie mix, he’s 2 years old and his name is Earl, he also has some brown on him as well as colored spots on his face and back, people have spotted him on Westwood northern Blvd and near harvest home park. He’s about 30 inches tall and 45 lbs
