He is Rottie/Shepherd mix, 5 years old, male, 77lbs. He has mostly brown fur but some black markings on her face and head. He was being dog sat and slipped out of the house. His home is all the way in Ellicott city near Kiwanis Field. He’s been sited around Stevens Forest but not recently. Someone also thought they spotted him near Thunder Hill ES.
