This cat was found on 12/7 in the afternoon on Hayden Ave/W. Broad Street. She is all white with bright green eyes. Probably young. A little skittish at first, but became very friendly. Seems healthy, just hungry and cold. I will be taking her to a vet tomorrow 12/8 to check for a chip.
