Male dog, maybe around 4 to 5 years old. White and brown. About 10 inches tall. Under 20 lbs. Black collar with white stripe, NO TAG. Very friendly and affectionate.i would need proof of ownership before releasing him, for the safety of the dog.

The owner was driving around canvassing the neighborhood. The owners seen me walking the dog. Pulled up and asked about him. Showed me pictures and videos of the dog to assure me thay they were the owners.
