Missing Tabby Cat Izhe on East 18th Ave

Izhe is a male tabby with a mix of black, brown, and white. He is fixed and ear tipped. Very friendly and talkative. He is a little over two years old. When he got it he did have a collar on, not sure if the color but reflective.
