Lost Cowboy Corgi: Blue, Heart Mark, Aztec Collar

Ross is a cowboy corgi, blue and white speckled. He has a black heart on his side. He responds to Ross, Ross hoss or midget man. We were building fence on tower and he decided to go on a stroll while no one was looking. He also had a hooey Aztec collar on with a little blue light that dangles on it.
