Cookie Monster has a one inch black tattoo line on his stomach where the texas litter control tattoos males to show they have been neutered. He is very grey around his face now as he is almost 15 yrs old. He is also missing alot of his teeth and has seriously bad breath from being so old. Cookie has cataracts as well. He is a Chihuahua
