UPDATE: HE IS BACK HOME NOW. YAY! Chihuahua dog, male, mostly black with tan and white. He came up to me as I was about to get into my vehicle around 8pm on May 18th. We walked around with him for awhile looking for his human but nobody we encountered knew or recognized him.
