Senior Tabby Lost Near Heatherton Rd - Help!

Domestic shorthair. Tan/buff/dilute ginger tabby. Male, neutered. Yellow-green eyes. Tip of left ear is clipped. Senior (10+ years old), indoor-only. Not wearing a collar but is microchipped. Formerly a feral so is familiar with the neighborhood and street life, but is currently having mouth/tooth pain causing him to eat less and not drink water. Escaped from carrier this morning after leaving the house to go to the vet. Has always stuck close to home when previously escaped the house but we live up against a woody area that he could go into.
