Lost Chihuahua: Black & White, Damascus MD

4 pound black and white chihuahua mix male dog with long scraggly hair. Dog ran down the drive way at home at about 5pm on Sunday. And kept running through neighborhood to Damascus Road (last sighting at 7pm on route 108 on right hand side going away from town.)
