Lost Dog: Brown & White, Needs Meds - Help!

Mixed breed, female, brown short haired with white in face and chest area. Went missing after 12:30pm on June 6. Not sure if she jumped our fence or if someone took her while we were gone. She is microchipped and wearing her collar and tags. She does need medication twice a day so has been without it
