Dakota was let out for a couple hours here on our dairy like routine. He roams very far but returns no problem when called upon. We are 1 min away from I-5 south exit and entry. So someone traveling could’ve easily stopped to use restroom out doors and could’ve seen him unbothered and try gaining his attention.
