Car was stolen with brown chihuahua terrier mix dog in it....he is very old with a large lump on his chest ..mostly blind and def as well..car last tracked to Elgin Illinois. Car is 4door grey Cadillac with nc tag. Update car recovered in Rockford Illinois ....dog still missing....suspect being questioned
