Lost Elderly Chihuahua in Elkton - Help Lucky!

Small black and tan chihuahua. Fairly old. Small not on her neck. Blind in one eye and an occasional limp in her back legs. Slipped out while we were away on important matters. Her name is Lucky and she is severely skittish when approached.
