Arlo has dirty blond curly hair. He might still be wearing a camo dog collar with no dog tags. He was just rehomed and got out of new owners yard. He is very shy, skiddish and so he keeps running away from anyone and everyone. He has brown eyes. Might be a bit muddy because he has been out for a few weeks and since the 20th it has rained. His hair will probably be a bit longer than these pictures as it grows fast and it's been a few weeks.
