Short-haired, black and white border collie with a cropped tail. Spayed female. White legs and mane. The main body color is black. A contractor let her out of her fenced-in yard and didn't realize it. She went to put herself back in, but they closed the gate on her. Then chased her to try to get her back in her yard. She got scared and took off.
