Found Deceased Grey Tabby Cat - Claim Now

Meadow Street, 87, Newington

URGENT I am in possession of a grey striped tabby cat hit by a car on maple hill avenue in NEWINGTON. The cat is unfortunately deceased. I am so sorry! Police officers as well as animals control came to the scene and declared the cat deceased. They indicated the cat was likely a stray- no chip or collar. The cat is quite large- nearly 20 lbs. I am a funeral director, and decided to take this cat into my custody and keep it in cooler storage for the next 48 hours to allow the owners to come forward and claim the cat, if he belongs to anyone. He is in my safe care and keeping. After 48 hours, if still unclaimed, I will have him cremated and have the ashes. If any owners reach out after that period, I am happy to give the ashes to you. He is a male, grey tabby cat who is un neutered and not microchipped. No collar. - and I have photos for anyone looking to identify their potential pet (he is in good condition, however deceased). Please, if you know anything or someone this cat may belong to- reach out to me via personal message or my phone number: 860-331-9702 UPDATE: if he is a stray or unclaimed I’ll keep his ashes alongside my own beloved and deceased pets! He deserves to be remembered
