Mixed female. Not chipped. She was running freely in the highway. Nearly starved. She’s blond, reddish. Sweet as can be. Super friendly with other dogs. She needs rescued or fostered. I travel way too much for work. She will have to be turned over to a shelter soon if a no-kill organization will not take her.
