Found Young Male Pitbull - Needs Love & Care!

Beige male pitbull. Very sweet. He was tied up with a rope to the fence and had a huge gaping wound. We rushed him to the animal hospital and he’s now on antibiotics and anti inflammatory pills. Not neutered. Seems young, maybe 2-3 yrs old.
