Found: Reddish-Tan German Shepherd in SA

German Shepherd, reddish-tan Sable coloring, male, seems to have trimmed nails but underweight. Skittish but otherwise seems sweet and non-aggressive. Looks to have been someone's pet but probably has been on his own for a bit due to weight.
