Found a possible Maltese or poodle mix in Bed Stuy Brooklyn near Tompkins and Pulaski on July 1 at 4 PM. The dog had two collars on – one was blue and said “Statue of Liberty”, the other was white plastic. No tags, the vet didn’t find a microchip. Very sweet dog, but doesn’t seem to be house trained. Can anyone watch this dog? I cannot take this dog for long.
