Deer Chihuahua, male, chocolate colour. A woman on the street had him in her arms and was trying to get rid of him begging people to take him. I was worried she was just gonna let him go so after a little while I told her I would take him she said his name was brownie She was crying but I got the impression that this had not always been her dog! She did not have a lead for him.
