Small 30 pound German shepherd mix, she is a spayed female. Her tongue frequently hangs out of the side of her mouth. She is very skittish. She ran away from her dog walker and two beloved dog friends in the park on October 9. She's black with brown markings like a German Shepherd. She's about three years old and she has special needs from an old puppyhood illness. She is very scared and shy.
