Found: Male Dog in Need of Care, Glendale

I found the little dog walking 112" on the concrete, very dirty, his hair very long and with many knots all over his body, dehydrated and very hungry, he is a male dog, I took him to petsmart and they did not find a chip on him and he does not have a registration this time.
