Missing cat, Glendale

My beloved cat, Ube, has been missing for about a month now. He was my best friend, and I miss him dearly with all my heart. I am heartbroken. If anyone has seen him, please contact me at +1(623) 336-0244. Ube is a one-year-old male cat with two distinctive brown marks: one on his left side lip and another on his chin. He has been missing since May 10th from the Glendale, AZ 85307 area, near 103 and Denton. He is neutered and responds to "Ube," pronounced "ООН-BAE." (THE COLLAR HE IS WEARING IS NOT WHAT HE HAS ON HE DOES NOT HAVE ONE!) Please help me find my best friend.
