Missing Red Heeler Pup - Help Find Him!

Red heeler male pup. Right around a year old. Floppy ears. Docked tail. Neutered. Seems to have gotten out of his very secure dog pen but no obvious signs of him actually getting out on his own. May possibly be dealing with a stolen dog case but don’t want to start thinking that just yet. He’s been missing for over 24 hours and have had post circling Facebook and no one has even had a slightest glimpse of him on the roads or anywhere.
