Help Find Sebastian: Large Black Cat Lost!

My dad's cat managed to slip out of the house sometime around noon on May 11th. His name is Sebastian. He's a fairly large, solid black cat with yellow eyes. He is neutered and may have a microchip, I'm not totally sure.
