Rescue pup, 1.5 years old. Black and white, looks similar to a border collie. She got spooked yesterday and took off. She has a retractable lead attached to her collar. Her collar has her name and phone number embroidered on it. She is very skittish and leery of people she doesn’t know. Doesn’t like loud noises or sudden movements. Do not chase.
