Help Find Dumbell: Missing Service Cat

Dumbell is a 4 year old domestic short hair tabby tricolor cat. She is my service animal and my baby girl. She was crate'd on my way to a meeting at 5599 San felipe st, Houston tx 77056, when I parked, I let them out to roam the car while I went inside. I was shot 9 times 3 years ago, and most my leg and right shoulder last year. When I opened my door to put my prosthetic leg on, she jumped out of my car on the lower level of the parking lot. And i couldn't see which direction she went. I found her brother just 3 days ago off Willer st. In the neighborhood that backs up to the parking structure. Someone called when they got one of my flyers with both missing cats saying the boy had been showing up at nightfall because she put food out, so we set a trap and got the boy the next morning. I am still desperately searching for Dumbell. She has one light brown eyebrow and one black. She weighs about 12lbs and most likely skinny as it's been a month today. Please please help me find her.
