Chow is a small white and grey Shih Tzu, missing one eye. He doesn’t have his collar. He went missing yesterday between 8:30–10:30 AM CST. He is partially deaf and needs his medicine for health issues. Last seen near the intersection of Bunker Hill and Westview Drive, Houston, TX 77055.
