Help Needed: Sick Stray Cat on Newman St.

Appears to be a male cat, black and white, medium size, but has bad URI and has dried crust all over nose and eyes. He was in my parents front hard where I tried feeding him tuna and water but he wasn’t interested in either. He made his way to the sidewalk and is now just laying on the sidewalk near 10th and Newman (on Newman). He needs someone that can take him home and help with this infection but my parents are disabled and I have a dog that is aggressive with cats.
