Lost Cat: Black & Gray, White Paws - Help!

She has black and gray stripes with a white chest and paws ... She somehow got out of her carrier (with help from my dog) on the way home from the vet and jumped out of the car window.. I have been out for days and hours looking for her with no luck... She is probably very scared...
