Lost Friendly Chihuahua on West Main St

He’s a white Chihuahua with a light brown coat and he is very friendly and does not bite. He is very sick and needs special medicine and food or else he will get even more ill so please help us find him. We lost him when taking him outside he saw something and ran off and we haven’t been able to locate him since then.Please help us find him or if you have him please return him🙏🙏
