Small male Chihuahua mix breed. No tag on collar. Had Pilani Vet Center scan for micro chip. None found. Dog tied to mail box with leash attached. Walked neighborhood with dog to find its owner. 3 individuals took picture of dog and said they would post on social media. My cell no. Is 808 294-3232 (Tom).
