Lost Black Cat: Amber Eyes, Orange Goatee

Longhair black female with some tortoise shell coloring, she has amber eyes and a little orange goatee, her coat looks mangey but its just bc she had gotten paint stuck to her fur we had to cut it out and her end of her tail about 3inches was broken so had tape on it she is very sweet and very chill , we are so worried about her she has been gone 3 days now
