2.5 year old brown Chiweenie, not fixed. I was loading up my groceries at WinCo in Kent. I believe he jumped out to go potty and I didn't notice it. Either that or when I got gas at the Shell/711 in Renton by Fred Meyer. I thought he was sleeping on the drive home and didn't know he was gone until I got all the way to Seattle.
