Border collie husky mix, black white and he is wearing red harness and black leash. He’s a male only a little over a year n a half old. He’s heard a loud noise and got spooked when i was walking him and took off. He has a white tip on his tail, and white down his face. He is very skittish and doesn’t liked to be yelled at or chased.
