Lost Shih Tzu Found Near Topaz Peak Ct!

So at first I thought it was Pomeranian but I think it’s a male shitzu. I was getting home from work and had gotten out of my car to walk to the other side to retrieve my bags and backpacks when I hear 4 little tiny step walking up behind me. Those same footsteps reminded me of my dogs footsteps.so I turn around and I see him. poor little guy was panting so hard for water with hot little paws and fur so I immediately took it inside after inspecting and waiting that nobody was walking him to begin with:(
