Found wandering around a house in a neighborhood. Grey and white fur pattern and smaller than average. Might be young. Wore a pink patterned collar with a bell, but no noticeable name tag. Looked incredibly skinny and fur was dirty and matted. Seems friendly as it came up to me to brush itself after I stood still.
