Missing cat, Lawrenceville

Hes a very timid cat, has a very disctintive walk, and is maybe wearing a diaper, answers to gordo and its also a lot smaller than other cats. He doesnt move his tail and was a victim of abuse, so gets scared very easly by humans other than his owner
