Help Find Lupin: Large Tabby with ID & Bell!

Lupin is an indoor/outdoor cat. He's a large, around 16 lbs, brown/black tabby with green/golden eyes. He has a black collar with ID tag and bell, he is also microchipped. He's a big sweetheart but can be shy around strangers. Thank you!
