He's a male 3 to 5 years old he's been neutered and weighs 15.5 pounds no microchip and he's very sweet, loveable and friendly. He's a tiger kitty with soft fur. He was found outside our house meowing and had frost all over him and was freezing cold.The vet checked him all over and there was no microchip in him.
