Found cockatiel - off of Broadway and 11th at Cara Cara restaurant/hotel on the outdoor patio at top floor. I am not a bird person, but this sweet cockatiel looked like someone’s lost pet. Please reach out to the hotel or restaurant if this bird is yours. I did not attempt to touch/catch the bird, but I did notify the staff.
